Village by the Sea is an All Suite Resort Hotel featuring spacious one and two bedroom condominium suites. This is a beautiful eleven acre year round resort with one and two bedroom condominium villas, with all the amenities today's discerning traveler is looking for including... indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, free wireless Internet, game room, seasonal outdoor heated pool, gas grills and much more.

In addition to our one and two bedroom condominium rentals, we have a large function hall and banquet facility perfect for weddings, banquets, Village by the Seasocial events and meetings of all sizes. The resort is conveniently located near Wells Beach on the Southern Coast of Maine just 1.5 hours north of Boston.

Rooms

Our spacious one and two bedroom condominium villas are complete with fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, free wireless Internet, air conditioning, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD player, separate bedroom(s), private bath(s), private deck.

One Bedroom - Two Bath Lower Level Suites have a separate bedroom, 2 baths, full kitchen & living room but do not have a washer & dryer. One Bedroom Suites are all ground floor units located down a set of stairs with a walk out patio.

One Bedroom - One Bath Suites have a separate bedroom, full kitchen, living room and dining room, they do have a washer dryer and are available on all 3 levels. These one bedroom one bath suites are only available off-season.

Two Bedroom Suites have two separate bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer and dryer. These units are available on all 3 levels.

All rental units are non-smoking.

Unfortunately, our resort property does not have elevators so if this is an issue please be sure to request a lower floor suite.

Recreation

The condominium resort hotel borders the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve and tidal salt marsh. Our marsh front location is the perfect spot for those who enjoy a distant ocean view and the quiet pleasures such as sitting back on your deck and watching the Great Blue Herons.

We are conveniently located near miles of sandy beaches in Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Guests enjoy shopping for bargains at the Kittery and Freeport (home of LL Bean) Outlets and browsing Ogunquit and Kennebunkport shops and boutiques. Wells is home to Maine's largest variety of antique shopping in Maine, and our region has excellent seafood restaurants, golfing, whale watching, deep sea fishing, community museums, summer stock theater and much more.
